This mini site is a precursor of the Integrated Fish Farm(IFF) - a Research/Extension Advisory Services Center - which the Self-Development Academy Limited intends to establish in the future. Click here to learn WHY and HOW I decided to launch this site.

Facts About Visitors To This Site So Far

Let me share with you an interesting trend I have observed over time about visitors to this mini-site(i.e. up to the time of writing - 27th May 2007).

1. It would appear that nearly 100% of those who chose to contact me AFTER visiting it have so far been Nigerian - my fellow country men.

2. I did not say "and country women" because going by the names of those who contacted me, (it would appear) they are ALL male.

I Mention The Above To Explain Why I Stopped Updating This Site in May 2006, & Decided To Re-Invent It

I have mentioned the above to tell you what most of those who visited this site have so far found useful or interesting enough to request for - and which you may also want to get for yourself.

Furthermore, I provide those details as a basis for explaining why in May 2006, I suspended updates to this site, in order to use the information I had gathered to decide how to further my vision for the SDAc's Integrated Fish Farm/Extension Advisory Services Center.

I am a very results-focussed person with a bias for applying a strict version of the Pareto principle in deciding where to concentrate my business marketing efforts. That was why even though I had already earned income from providing a number of this site's products and services to paying clients, I chose - three years ago - NOT to continue with most of them for a while, and to instead focus on using my IT and speaking/training skills to earn income for myself.

I took that decision to (temporarily) stop offering fish farm related products and services, because I discovered that my income - and especially measurable profit margins - from using my skills in IT(web design, Custom Excel Software development) and speaking/training completely outstripped any returns I made from pursuing their fish farming equivalents.

Incidentally, I have relationships with certain individuals outside Nigeria(in Cameroon and Ghana especially), who by virtue of the work they do could also - I believed - have found the material I offered here useful. But none of them showed any interest at the time. That again made me conclude I was not doing a good job of using the Internet to reach and impact a major portion of my target audience across the African continent in particular. So I stopped updating the site and re-built it to be what you now see.

The point being made is that I do not intend my site's usefulness to be limited to Nigerians. The capitalised words emphasis above is VERY deliberate. What I offer is something many so-called experts have so far failed to give those they "help" to start up and/or operate farm ventures.

Unlike what obtained with the information provided in the Pre-2007 mini-site version, the visitor who finds the material offered here to be potentially useful will have to - at some point - make a formal financial commitment to get it.

This is because I KNOW the value of the information I provide and the difference it can help you achieve in your venture - especially with respect to your bottom line.

Yet, very few successful ex-pro footballers can match the results that Mourinho has produced in his career as a coach. We cannot ALL do the same things, the same way.

Although I will be launching my Integrated Fish Farm, I already have extensive knowledge and experiences/insight into the business. When my farm is launched I will use it to FURTHER demonstrate the effectiveness of the solutions I offer and also offer MORE support services to those who request them.

Unlike the Chelsea coach, I actually studied what I am engaged in - Agricultural Extension services - for five years at the University of Ibadan - graduating top of my class with a 2nd Class Upper division honours( 5.9 Cumulative Grade Point Average).

But that's just the book part. During the last three years of my stay on campus, I was a member of the SFRF, and in my final year served as supplies coordinator of that body. What I learnt from being in that group - comprising 98% Veterinary Medicine students - about livestock farming, many people would spend five years studying animal husbandry and still not know!
